Non-medical home care in Ventura County.
Ventura County's ten cities range from coastal Ventura, Oxnard and Port Hueneme to the Conejo and Simi valleys and the small towns of Ojai, Fillmore and Santa Paula. Many older adults here have lived in the same home for decades and want to stay there.
Rolocare provides non-medical home care across the county, from a few hours of help a week to 24-hour care with rested caregivers. When you call, we confirm caregiver availability for your loved one's city and schedule.

What Ventura County families should know.
The Ventura County Area Agency on Aging offers free information, referrals and family caregiver support, and is a good first call when you are starting to plan.
In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) is a Medi-Cal program run by the county's Human Services Agency that pays an individual provider. Rolocare is private pay, and some families use us for the hours IHSS does not cover.
Note that the city of Westlake Village is in Los Angeles County, while the neighboring Westlake area of Thousand Oaks is in Ventura County. We serve both.
Families choose Rolocare for four reasons.
Our caregivers are screened and trained.
Every caregiver is on the California Home Care Aide registry, clears a fingerprint background check, has a negative TB test and finishes our training.
Our caregivers are always rested.
No caregiver works more than 8 hours in a row, so the person with your loved one is alert and at their best.
Your care plan fits your family.
You only pay for the help your loved one needs, and you can change the schedule any time.
A real person answers your call.
You talk to our own local team, not a call center.
