Our services help your loved one live well at home.

From a few hours a week to around-the-clock care, we build every plan around your family.

We offer three types of care, depending on how much help your loved one needs.

Every plan starts with a free home visit, and you can switch between these types of care any time.

Hourly care gives your loved one help for a few hours at a time.

This is a good fit when your loved one is mostly independent but needs a hand with bathing, meals, errands or rides a few days a week.

Respite care gives family caregivers a break.

Caring for a parent or spouse every day is exhausting. We step in for an afternoon, a weekend or longer, so you can rest, work or travel without worrying.

24-hour care means someone is always there, day and night.

When check-ins are no longer enough, we cover every hour of the day with rested caregivers working shifts of 8 hours or less.

Our caregivers help with six kinds of everyday needs.

Your care plan can include any of these, so your loved one keeps their independence and their routine.

Personal care keeps your loved one clean, comfortable and confident.

We help with bathing, grooming, dressing and using the bathroom, always with privacy and respect.

Meals and reminders help your loved one stay healthy.

We plan and cook meals, encourage drinking water and give reminders to take medication on time.

Staying active helps your loved one stay steady on their feet.

We go on walks, help with light exercise and help your loved one move around the home safely to prevent falls.

Companionship brightens your loved one's day.

We share conversation, games, hobbies and outings, so your loved one stays connected and never feels alone.

Housekeeping keeps the home clean and comfortable.

We do light cleaning, laundry, dishes and tidying, so the home stays safe and pleasant to live in.

Transportation gets your loved one where they need to go.

We give safe rides to doctor visits, the pharmacy, the store, church and time with family and friends.

Rolocare provides non-medical care only. Our caregivers do not perform nursing tasks such as injections or wound care.

Our caregivers can help with dozens of everyday tasks.

Do you offer live-in care?

No, Rolocare does not offer live-in care. We provide 24-hour coverage with separate caregiver shifts of 8 hours or less, so a rested caregiver is always present.

Do you accept Medicare or Medi-Cal?

No, at this time Rolocare works with private pay clients only, which means the client or family pays for care directly.

How are caregivers screened?

Every caregiver is listed on the California Home Care Aide registry, clears a fingerprint background check, has a negative TB test and completes our training.

Can we change the schedule later?

Yes, you can add hours, reduce hours or change days by calling our office.
